Located in the Appio neighborhood on Via Genzano, the pastry shop is run by the three Savarese sisters: Pina, Grazia, and Piera, who proudly call themselves “Pastry Chefs since 1961.” The municipal department described it as a true “Center of Flavorful Memories,” a place where tradition and quality come together to deliver unique and unforgettable treats. The Origins: From Campania to Rome The pastry shop’s story began in the 1960s when the Savarese sisters moved to Rome from the village of Sieti in Giffoni Sei Casali, Salerno province.
